The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Campus and its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent.

If you use our Services for advertising purposes:

• You are responsible for all content submitted for advertisements. All ads must comply with our advertising policies and all applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement for any reason, at our sole discretion.
• Payment for advertising services is due as specified in your advertising agreement with us. All payments are non-refundable.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your advertisements within our Services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

In no event shall The Campus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
